Action Plans

Please complete an Action Plan (AP) setting out the steps you will take and their estimated completion times to bring your Trade Effluent discharge into prompt compliance with the conditions you agreed to when signing your TE discharge consent.

An example of an AP is available for reference purpose, this will assist you in determining the level of detail to provide including realistic and achievable timeframes. It is important that you achieve compliance as soon as reasonably possible as non-compliance is an offence. Failure to provide an AP or engage with NI Water may result in the commencement of enforcement action.
